"Being ex RN im used to the area, and used to frequent the establishment when it was the sailors home club. Pure nostalgia. Lovely, polite staff especially in the restaurant. Will certainly visit again next year."

"Staff here are very friendly and helpful, especially Ali. The bar is open late and the lounge area was always quiet enough to find an open table. The hotel is convenient for the motorways. The beds were super comfortable, giving a great night's sleep. Do make sure you take care of the parking fees on arrival - but there's really no excuse not to, as there are plenty of signs advising you to do so, and a simple to use app. Very happy with our stay and we will return."

"Traditional hotel with a fabulous seafront location. The room and bathroom were a good size. Very comfortable bed. We opted for an upgraded sea view room which was lovely… but if you’re a light sleeper br prepared for both hovercrafts starting up at 6am!! Good selection for breakfast. "
