Mattress old and poor quality wall where pillows used to be stained and dirty, front door lock broken and had to use key lock to get in . I was given a substitute small room with single bed that squeaked everytime you moved. Stuff on the side for hot drinks but no kettle or mug. An utter shambles of a place in poor condition "
