"My stay at Holiday Inn Blackpool was amazing I was so impressed with the welcome I received from Ricky on reception. I had just completed an 8 hour journey to see my mum in hospital and he went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The room I was given was so lovely that I wished I could have stayed much longer. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was perfect and all the staff were helful and friendly. I recommend this hotel and will definately book to stay...

"I have stayed here before so I am giving them the benefit of the doubt and leaving the review at four stars based on previous experience rather than this particular experience. The room was clean and comfortable but there were issues. The bathroom window latch was broken so could not be closed. The waste basket was also broken. I had booked a double room but was only given one bath towel. I went to reception to ask for a second towel and this was never delivered."

"Simple and clean hotel, mid refurbishment so hard to give a full assessment. Only black mark was lack of tea/coffee facilities to make own drink. Its a cheap solution to put a kettle and cups in each room and helps forst thing for anyone up and out early"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were lots to choose from for breakfast,I liked how you could take a hot drink away in a disposable cup. The room was comfortable and had lots of space,the only negative was that the room was cold,this was due to the heating being broke. There was an electric heater for us to use though. A group of boys were on our floor,when we arrived they were running up and down the landing and banging their doors. I understand that they weren't doing any harm,I...

"A lovely warm greeting from the team as we checked in. Our room had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the hotel was so quiet. We had the meal deal and the quality and amount for what you pay is excellent! I stayed here for a night with my daughter whilst work was being done on the house and we only live 10 mins away. If we lived further afield then Id definitely use this hotel again. For a low budget hotel, its amazing! Everyone is so friendly and polite. I cant rate it highly...
