"Staff make this hotel. From check-in, the executive lounge, the pool (booked a free slot) to the housekeeping. All lovely and genuinely friendly. Stayed in the White Star Suite, which had a great view and access to the lounge, one of the best lounge offerings with drinks and appitizers we've stayed in the UK. Also included some spirits served by the friendly host who you can tell loved his job looking after everyone. We will definitely return."
