"This is such a beautiful property and the room was absolutely wonderful! The only problems we ran into was we thought we misplaced an email with check in information, so we reached out via message and there was an automated response that said they would get back to us within a few days. We ended up finding the email after all, but if they wouldn’t have ever responded, we wouldn’t have been able to get into our room.
