"This accomodation is apparently the newest in Rotorua and definitely did not disappoint. The property looked modern and clean from the outside with decent number of parking available which is controlled so you know you won't have to fight over your parking spot with other guests. The rooms are nicely sized, with large, comfortable beds. Everything looks modern as well and still looks clean and new. The bathroom is nice and spacious and the underfloor heating and towel heater is a nice touch during the colder seasons. The swimming pool is clean and heated although I didn't get a chance to use it. The only thing I can fault is that there was no milk provided but this is a very minor thing compared to what was a very enjoyable stay and would certainly be high on my list to rebook when I return to Rotorua in the future. "

"We had a great stay. The room was lovely and spacious. The little private patio area was lovely and sunny to sit out in. The bathroom was great and the shower had good water pressure with hot water."
