"Check in very proficient considering large hotel and checking in at peak time. Room spotless and bathroom well stocked. Bed mattress was a little tired and sagged in the middle, but it was a large bed that gave lots of room. Stayed in room 2019 that was noisy from immediate neighbours. Plaster board area by wardrobe and mirror/hairdryer not good for sound insulation. Maybe we were just unlucky with our over talkative neighbours , but worth a mention. "It was a brilliant stay the only criticism as I am a large person it it would benefit them to remove the glass shower screen as this makes using the toilet difficult. (Fyi the shower and toilet are a wet room so this is possible)"
