"I read the reviews prior to booking at the property. Some of the reviews were accurate and others were not. I found that: -There is limited access to get from the terminal to the hotel. The Pods in terminal 5 were the easiest transportation to/from the hotel. Just know the Pods are completely driverless on a predetermined track (think of a Disneyland ride without all of the effects) and they need to charge and have to reboot. I did have to wait once for a Pod to reboot prior to entering....

He took my money and two receptionists arrived and another a girl with my change. The receptionist was very pleasant but I had to say 'I do not have a key yet' as the guy did not give me one. "
