"Unfortunately had an issue with the first room as it had no t.v. Rang reception and the lady straight away with new room which was now a double two rooms away She left and said take your time. At reception she did say to have the two keys as sometimes they don’t work I tried both keys twice without success so returned to reception with my luggage in tow. Apologies and reset keys. "The hotel was lovely, everything was spotlessly clean and looked brand new! We arrived late, but the staff on reception were very understanding and checked us in swiftly. Breakfast was delicious and there was an amazing selection. "
