Reception gent was very friendly on arrival but lady on leaving didnt say a word or ask how our stay was which was poor service. "The Moxy is no frills but that’s reflected in the price. The most important thing is that it is clean which is why I don’t mind booking here. This was my third stay and I’ll be returning for my fourth stay next week. I do wish there was a mini fridge in the room as I tend to have longer stints and would like to keep some food/drinks on hand. Even renting one for a small additional fee would still make this a solid value stay. The area is about a 20 min walk from Princes Street but there’s enough...

"We loved our stay here. The staff were all very polite and happy, nothing was too much for them. The room was perfect and cleaned daily. Great breakfast with lots of choice. The tram / bus / train services were all close by, regular, on time, reasonably priced and excellent. If we come back to Leith we would definitely stay here again. "
