"Just a great and relaxing experience. Looks of places to relax and read peacefully. Good food and ambience everywhere. The only thing that I didn’t like was the green LED on the exit light above my door was bright and disturbed my rest as i like a dark room to sleep in.. when everything else is so good, something like this tends to stand out unfortunately. "The property, service and cleanliness were excellent even though they were under staffed it did not affect the service. It was surrounded by commercial businesses which would have put us off booking had we known however, it did spoil our stay it just didn't make for scenic breakfasts. I cannot stress enough how amazing the staff were."

Lovely experience at Point A Hotels.

"Very lovely, modern and new hotel. Everything was very clean and well taken care of, from the lobby, to the lifts, to the rooms themselves. The rooms were a little on the small side but we were fine with it. The location was perfect too, and everything is within walking distance. Other than to get to and from the airport, we didn’t need to take public transport at all. "

"I cannot fault this property at all. We went as a family of four. From check in to check out, everything was flawless. Our family room with a view over the castle was very clean and comfortable and so was the bathroom. We had drinks and dinner at the restaurant one evening and Martin was very attentive. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Edinburgh. "

"Great stay for visit to the Playhouse. Walking distance from Waverly station, to St James Quarter and Playhouse. Best location for what we we had planned. Floor 0 takes you to Waverly station avoiding all the traffic lights and longer walk to station. Staff lovely, rooms beautiful. "

"Excellent value for location and amenities. About a 10 min walk from Waverley and key sites, nestled between Castle and university yet still quiet at night (I would enthusiastically recommend for families visiting the university). Room was large and had both a bath and a separate shower, as well as a fridge and kettle. Decor was fresh, good quality bedding. Pool and sauna are at larger sister hotel, but gaining access was straightforward. Reception and housekeeping staff at both hotels were absolutely lovely."
