"The location was very convenient and safe. The property was clean, quiet and the staff was very helpful and kind. The only downside was the hotel had an unappealing smell and the only window went to a balcony in the middle of the complex instead of to the street. "

"Had a nice stay. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Apartment was clean. Property is beautiful, I can only imagine how beautiful it would be in the summer. My only suggestion for people looking to book would be that you might want to rent a car. It is technically walking distance to centre of town in Siena but it’s a bit of an awkward walk uphill. "
