"The man who greeted us (Oliver?) was very pleasant and throughly made sure we understood all the keys to the place. Most places we went was walkable and there is a bus system right out front. Only downside was no where to store your luggage on the day you check out and stowing place to pay was closed the day we checked out. "

"Excellent place to stay in Florence. Right beside the Santa Maria Novella train station. This is a big apartment (very unusual in Europe), with a full kitchen and huge balcony in the back. No T.V. in the bedroom. Very comfortable place and clean. Highly recommend. "

"The apartment was lovely, in a good location. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. We walked everywhere but there are buses and taxis around. You can walk to the city centre to see the sites very easily. From the city centre we also got the train to Pisa for a day trip. While we were there we communicated with the rental agency via WhatsApp very easily. But I think the process of getting checked in before getting there could be improved. "Location was the best. Short walks to entire city. Steps not fun. Apt Ronald is older and I think it is cleaned as good as it can get. If you are clean freak it’s not for you. Needed to buy a bar of soap. No toiletries. I would return."

"This is a good place to stay, spacious and modern right next door to museum Academia and a five minute walk to the Duoma. The only negative is the rooms were very hot, at night was 26c. They finally admitted they close air conditioning in September so we only had ventilation. It was not fun trying to sleep even with windows open. They also have a giant jacuzzi for the shower. "30th anniversary trip ! Arts and crafts was perfect location in Firenza! Away from the main square but only a short walk. Which we preferred . The neighborhood was perfect, the accommodations outstanding! Communication was easy. We hope to return one day snd would definitely stay in this exact location, "

"Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station)....

"We travel twice a year and have long stays and don't ususally review. But, we both agree this hotel deserves a comment. All of the hotel staff at Hotel Paris are exceptional!! From check in to check out everyone always smiled and offered themselves generously. They made us feel like they were happy we were there. The hotel had exactly what you want when away from home, clean comfortable friendly service. The hotel is historic and beautiful and they preserved that well in renovations. The location can not be beat. Massimo and Massimo(Maxamillion) were the stars. Attrie( sorry for the spelling) was kind and sweet. The woman in the dining room, we don't know her name, was very attentive and sweet. The room was new and fresh each day, although we never saw the cleaning crew. Thank you for a marvelous stay in this home away from home. "

"The hotel room is big and clean. The bed is so comfortable. I like the bathroom, it has a heated rack to dry the bath towel quickly and has a good size. I also like the locker room, it has a lot of space for storage. It was a good choice to book in this hotel because of the location, across the street is a church and there are lots of restaurants and stores in the vicinity. "
