"Great hotel! The bread buffet in the morning was awesome. I love bread and for me it was like a feast. They also provide complimentry soft drinks, ice cream, and alcoholic drinks which is super nice. The hotel is close to main attractions. The staff are friendly. We had an issue with AC control (all Japanese with no English instructions). They came to our room and fix the issue quickly. The wait time for the elevator can get long. "The location is good with many dining options near the hotel, including Kobe beef options. We use some of the amenities like public bath, self-service laundry (at B1) and parking (2500yen per day). The service staff is kind and professional and can speak english. We wish they could have instant coffee options in the room and that the public bath is close later at night and in the morning. "
