"It’s good/average for 3 star hotel with good breakfast. Check in time is set and cant check in early ( but luggage can stay inside of locked area). Hotel/staff is helpful and clean. If you have small kids I wouldn't recommend, you have to pass by big crew of refugees every time you goto duomo/restaurant area. Only 6min from centrale/hertz. it’s excellent "

"All in all an amazing place to stay! Staff were very welcoming and in an amazing location! Our room was bigger than most apartments in London but I’m sure it varies. The only two downsides are the only way to get to the rooms are via stairs but have 2 lifts that are pretty much always available for you when you need them.
