"This boutique hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the service was very friendly. The breakfast spread was really great, and we loved spending time looking through photography books in the lounge, sipping a cocktail from the honesty bar. The room was efficient, not so spacious but very well thought out, and the bathroom was beautiful with full amenities. We will absolutely try to stay here again when we return to Florence."

"This is the most under rated property in Florence! request a first floor, Piazza facing apartment and your view is spectacular! Never mind the people watching! Worth every dollar spent. I contacted them per their instructions a week before our arrival with our information and was told we could drop our luggage early. When we arrived in Florence, I sent a message via Whatsapp 30 minutes before getting to the apt. (per their instructions), but never heard back. Arrived at the apt. and sent another message with no response, so found a storage facility, dragged our luggage there, paid 33...
