The rooms are very comfortable and modern, yet the building is very charming and has a typically Italian old-world feel. Most major attractions in Florence were within easy walking distance. We'd be happy to stay here again next time when we come back to visit Tuscany."

Breakfast in bed was a lovely touch - arrived right on time and really good. I also loved that they use Officina Profumo toiletries, such a nice detail. Overall, a really special stay in Florence."

"Stayed at this hotel for a bike race in Siena. It was perfect for our needs as the rooms were large with space for three adult men and their bikes. It is near to the city if you have a bike but walking to the center could be a bit much for some people especially returning up the hill to the hotel. The gym and spa were great. Everything you could need. They have a pool but we were there in March so we didn't use it. The place feels like as if it was meant for another purpose like apartments...
