"Hotel was clean, staff were lovely and the facilities were as to be expected Good location to catch the number 2 tram into the city Neighbourhood isn’t the best, and if a fire truck leaves the station on the corner it is a little loud! Only slight improvement I would suggest is that, even though a coffee machine in the room is nice, more than 1 pod in a room for 2 for 2 nights would be helpful, and perhaps don’t charge for the pods at reception?"

"Love the moxy hotel, modern and quirky. Breakfast was not great if you went for the hot option, it wasn't hot. We ordered food from the bar one night too. Chicken salad and a burger. Didn't even know a salad could be bad by it it was! Go out and eat. Or check out the restaurant upstairs maybe. Rooms were always clean, pillows need relooking at. 1 pillow was not enough but 2 was breaking your next. Woke up with either back ache or neck ache all 3 mornings, our whole group did."

"We really liked the Avenue Hotel. It has very professional staff, was clean and the rooms were nice. It is in a fantastic location between Centraal Station and Dam Square. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops as well as public transportation in the, area. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Good hotel located little bit further from city centre but the metro is 8 min walking distance. I liked the ambiance and atmosphere around the hotel. Room was clean however they do not offer daily room service. For change of towels or to change trash bin you have ask reception which was something that I did not like. But staffs were friendly and accommodating. "

"The property is okay but housekeeping not up to par. Left dirty coffee cups in the room and didn’t refresh coffee and tea. Had to ask for extra coffee and creamer every day. "
