"Great place. Clean and nick folks. There was a lapse in the communications between hotels.com and the facility. I had a hard time confirming my reservation as they could Not find it. (I made a back-up reservation using another service). When I arrived they finally were able to communicate with Hotels and confirmed my reservation. This was time consuming and very unsettling. "

"We came for Valentine's weekend and the owners were kind enough to leave all kinds of special treats like sweets, cheese and crackers, drinks, and flowers. The home is very relaxing. It was raining so we stayed in and enjoyed the fireplace, TV and lots of relaxation which was needed. The accommodation had everything we needed to cook our own meals. Enjoyed it!"

"We enjoyed the perfect family vacation at this great place. We were immediately impressed with the entrance and amenities at Bear Lake Reserve. We were surprised at the driving distance from the entrance to the house. It took about 20 minutes to drive 5 miles. But it was a beautiful scenic ride. The house had plenty of parking and was very spacious. We enjoyed relaxing on the back deck and watching the many hummingbirds. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook meals in.
