"Great place. Clean and nick folks. There was a lapse in the communications between hotels.com and the facility. I had a hard time confirming my reservation as they could Not find it. (I made a back-up reservation using another service). When I arrived they finally were able to communicate with Hotels and confirmed my reservation. This was time consuming and very unsettling. "

"Remarkable stay in well-appointed stay with family and pet. The setting for the water garden to the outdoor fire pit and two open decks and hot tub to the tasteful furnishing fully equipped was a delight. Cooking, entertaining and for last minute items a short distance to nearest grocery. Highly recommend."

"Beautiful view off the back deck of the lake and surrounding hills. Very quiet in December. Nice property with thoughtful amenities like a fireplace, coffee maker, and games. Even decorated for Christmas, which made it extra cheery. We really appreciated the communication from the host and clear instructions for check-in/out."

"My family spent 4 nights at this cabin. It is located in a gorgeous, wooded community. The cabin is beautiful, comfortable, and is stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved the deck spacing, furniture, wood burning stove, property grounds, and the privacy. The host communicated with many recommendations and there were information binders to answer any questions. We loved it! Highly Recommended. "Although we never directly communicated with Dale, we appreciated the owners' thoughtfully provided night lights (high country nights are DARK!), new shower curtain liner & lots of hangers. Drapes/blinds in bedrooms/bathrooms only. Upstairs jacuzzi tub, downstairs shower. Steep approach on paved road, short gravel driveway. Tricky keycode lock on side door; wait for green circle before trying to open/enter. Wait a few minutes to retry if unsuccessful. Sapphire Valley Resort has a clean gym,...

"Stayed at this property numerous times over the years. They’ve made wonderful updates and it truly feels like a mountain lodge with an amazing bar and gorgeous seating area. The restaurant was closed so we didn’t get to try it. Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet escape to a truly charming inn. "
