"Very unusual hotel stay. What started as a two-day stay for a family wedding extended two additional days waiting for Hurricane Helene to get through and to locate a passable route out of the area. The entire hotel staff performed impeccably under tremendous pressure yet remained calm and reassuring to the guests. They made provisions for folks to remain past reservation dates to keep people safe until leaving the area became an option. No way would I stay at any other facility in Brevard than...

"Given the Hurricane damage in the area, it was a relief the hotel was functioning almost normally."

"The staff were all super friendly. We had a couple stink bugs in our room - but we weren’t upset by it, we were in the mountains after all. The previous person must have smoked in the room because it was stale and didn’t smell good. But it was a safe and comfortable place to sleep on our roadtrip. Common areas were clean. It was nice to have breakfast included."

"The tv remote didn’t work correctly from the very beginning of our stay, our room didn’t get cleaned the second say we were there and our door didn’t lock unless you picked up on the handle. Other than that our stay was nice. "
