"The hotel was in close proximity to almost everywhere we wanted to go. The price I paid at the time was reasonable so we were satisfied. The only thing that my room did not have was a phone to call reception which would have been inconvenient for me to be going up and down just to ask questions. Luckily my cell phone was working for calls to call them."

"Great location to walk around Old San Juan. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially John, with sightseeing and travel tips. Hotel decor is amazing. Only downsides for us were the placement of the TV toward the bed instead of the sofa and not having a window. We would definitely stay there again but look for a room plan that provides those since both are important to us."

"Where to begin so many good qualities that would make too long on the list but first and foremost you cannot have a better location. Also, clean modern, inviting ,warm, very spacious rooms. Followed by a great excellent customer service always there for any question very empathic understanding, management. You have a plethora of places to eat around you that are excellent. And of course, if you want to hit the beach, it is just less than 4 minutes, walking. I strongly recommend the property...

"Beautiful little boutique hotel, great location to walk all around old San Juan. Shopping, bars restaurants, the port and old Spanish forts all easy to see on foot. Staff was very friendly and rooms and common areas are beautiful."

"The Wave Hotel is very affordable and convenient to the eateries. The hotel needs to make some renovations though. There is NOT an open rooftop bar and there is no pool, instead it’s a whirlpool which was not clean. If you are looking to have a good time, without the glam, The Wave Hotel is ideal. "
