"The staff at this hotel take great pride in providing the best possible service. We met the owner who was lovely as well. It is a small hotel with about 10-12 rooms so never crowded. It almost felt as though we were at a vacation house with friends. The pool was refreshing and the food and beverages delicious. I highly recommend the mango daiquiri. "Excellent place! We were absolutely delighted to find this safe, well-appointed, beautifully-decorated room after a long days’ drive. Self check-in, after hours, was easy, and we found the lovely grounds and pool to be an oasis. We made our own simple dinner and had everything we needed to prepare it. Absolutely loved our stay here, and wish it were longer! We’ll be back! 💖"

"This place is great as long as you really read the reviews and set expectations. Very clean room, great pillows, comfy bed and good showers! This totally worked for us because we had a car and could easily go eat and get around town. If you’re there in the dry season the roads out front are dirt and dust kicks up everywhere so walking isn’t ideal. Plus it’s a hike to town - solid 20 min walk. The outside area included in the room make it wonderful to enjoy your coffee and breakfast. Love that there is a full kitchen and fridge. This is a place you can stay for longer periods of time to enjoy the ours vids lifestyle. Highly recommend this amazing little hotel. "

"Right in the heart of town with the beach only steps away. Small town so could walk anywhere from this location. Staff was friendly. Nice indoor and outdoor eating facility. Food was excellent. Park right across the street and often monkeys were present. Highly recommend."

"Love Selina santa teresa south! The pool is so clean and beautiful and they clean the rooms if you want. They upgraded us to a private room but I’ve stayed in the shared bunks and it was very nice and clean too. The people here are super nice and friendly. Also monkeys. Lots of monkeys. "
