"We could not be any happier, this was the best location, close to the beach, great pool area to relax in a shady spot for peace and quiet. The rooms and room service are 5***** clean and fresh, smells amazing. The staff is incredibly helpful and so friendly. We felt like we were family. Look out for the two resident iguanas. "

"Fabulous location and beautiful grounds! Walking distance to excellent restaurants, grocery and right on prime area of the beach. Food is fantastic and all staff were all wonderful and helpful. Beware of the "standard garden rooms". They are right on road--no protection from street noise:( Bathrooms are dated, but rooms in general are comfortable. Good place to stay."

"This is a very small hotel on beautiful grounds with the ocean a couple minutes walk away. The staff is incredible and everyone knows you after a few days! Peaceful and relaxing. A car would have been helpful to get around. Food was very good and inexpensive. Absolutely delightful!"

"Excellent place! We were absolutely delighted to find this safe, well-appointed, beautifully-decorated room after a long days’ drive. Self check-in, after hours, was easy, and we found the lovely grounds and pool to be an oasis. We made our own simple dinner and had everything we needed to prepare it. "This was our favorite place we stayed during our six weeks in Costa Rica. The villas are beautiful and the view of the sea is spectacular. The grounds are very well cared for and there are flowers everywhere. "This place is great as long as you really read the reviews and set expectations. Very clean room, great pillows, comfy bed and good showers! This totally worked for us because we had a car and could easily go eat and get around town. If you’re there in the dry season the roads out front are dirt and dust kicks up everywhere so walking isn’t ideal. Plus it’s a hike to town - solid 20 min walk.
