"It was a beautiful property! Like a treehouse tucked away in the jungle, but right on the main strip 5 mins across the street from playa Carmen. Close to great cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Our check in process went smoothly and the private family room was perfect, except that we noticed quite quickly the AC wasn’t working on the 2nd level in the bedrooms. The staff were so kind and quick to work hard and fix it by the time we went got back for dinner. 10/10 customer service. Would...

"This was our last stop on a week long trip and couldn’t have had a better experience. The staff was amazing helping us with finding good restaurants to eat at as well as activities to do in Samara. The rooms were clean and the AC was an added bonus. The facility felt safe and the restaurant below was a great place to eat at. "

"Residencias Samara is an oasis within the oasis of Samara. From the friendly staff to the comfortable rooms, Residencias Samara was the perfect homebase for the Samara leg of our honeymoon. We found it to be wonderfully relaxing and well situated within town and close to the beach. We spent a significant portion of our time enjoying the pool when not at the beach or the great restaurants nearby. We would definitely pick Residencias Samara again on a return trip in the future. "The property was very nice, clean and quiet. The breakfast, juices and coffees were very delicious. The staff (in particular Astrid) were extremely helpful, accommodating and patient. Overall an amazing experience. I highly recommend this hotel. "

Azura Beach Resort - All Inclusive - Adults Only

"We loved our stay here and felt the other reviews we read prior to arriving were pretty accurate! The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff was exceptional and the service, while at times longer, was also high-quality. This resort doesn’t necessarily stay open very late and is for someone looking for a more laidback atmosphere. The food and cocktails were without question the best we’ve had at an all-inclusive. We were well-pleased and enjoyed every meal. The nearby town, Samara, is also a quick cab ride or a 30-40 minute walk by beach for a change of scenery. Overall, we loved our stay here, will recommend it to those we know, and hope to return someday!"

"We enjoyed this sweet, quiet beachfront property on the outskirts of what is becoming a busy town. The rooms were simple but adequate, and the property has gardens, pool, chairs and tables, and breakfast. There is food and drink about 300 feet down the beach, and the ‘downtown’ area a 10-15 minute walk down the beach. This place is for those who want peaceful, reasonably priced, and comfortable ."
