"The room was spotless and equipped with everything you would need for a short stay, the best thing was the peace you weren’t disturbed from any other guests. The bar/restaurant was nice and relaxed and the food was excellent, we would definitely stay there again. "

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was what you would expect from a recently upgraded premier inn. Bed was really comfortable lots of space in the room bathroom nice and shower powerful. The breakfast was really good, first toast machine that conveys the slices through it that has got it right first attempt, not burnt or anemic. "Like most hotels in Blackpool the rooms are outdated. Building not in great condition however the rooms are always clean and the bed comfortable. That added with the location and price you can't go wrong. "

"The staff were very friendly. The room had been renovated and was cosy and warm. However, the water was cold so couldn't have a shower!"

"We were welcomed wonderfully by the night manager who was very friendly. The room was smart and clean though a tad cold though the heating kicked in a bit later. They very kindly put a cot in our room however the mattress was very thin and no sheet. It was ok our little one cuddled up with me and we had a good sleep in a comfy bed. Breakfast was standard and a good selection. All in all very good value"

"Stayed for 1 night. Modern hotel that was comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was good, though only scrambled eggs, which appears to be the norm these days. The staff were helpful and courteous."

"Treated very well, given a noisy placed room initially but was, advised when checking in if I wasn't happy to come back down. I went back and was upgraded to the hillside suite with fabulous views of lord street, spacious with a, spa bath. This gave them more money as I then paid for a late check out. Great service, good atmosphere. Thank you"

"We asked for a double room but the room we were allocated was a tad on the small side for 2 ppl also the shower was small, I went down to the reception and asked them if we could change rooms, the guy on the reception was very helpful and gave us a much better room. The room was clean as was the bed, the bed was a bit too firm for us (but you can't please everyone), the windows could have done with a bit of a clean but it didn't ruin the holiday it's not like I'm going to sit in the room all day looking out of the window. Parking was £3 per night which I thought was reasonable. When we go back to Blackpool I will definitely book here again."
