"We had to chase up the check in process whilst we were waiting outside the property, no information beforehand. There were a number of issues which we commented on to the owner. There was no response, or any acknowledgement of receiving my message. The issues were mainly solved but the day before we left! "What a find. Self catering accomodation with Hotel facilties. Beatiful old house and our Studio apartent was very spacious and clean with lovely views of the grounds. Had one evening meal in the Lemon Tree restaurant which was excellent. Enjoyed the laid back entertainment in the Hall."

"I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
