"The hotel was easy to find and was conveniently located. We were able to walk to various restaurants around the hotel, catch a bus downtown to Old Quebec and walk across the road to the shopping centre. The hotel was quiet and the rooms was spacious and cozy. The only negative is that we were originally checked in under someone else’s name and went up to our room and there was only 1 bed when I had reserved a room with 3 queen beds, this issue was quickly solved. "The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Liked having a refrigerator in room and access to the microwave in the breakfast area. For once a bathroom the had enough towels from the start and an exhaust fan that actually worked! Only downfall, in my kids view, was the pool was not open as the heater was not working properly."
