"I didn't like the fact that the doors were locked when I arrived for check-in at 9pm. I stood at the door waiting to and waiting to be allowed in. At this same time my daughter was snug inside going through the process of being checked in to our room."

"Loved staying here with our family and two dogs. It was clean and spacious. Front desk was welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was tasty and offered lots of options. We did find the bed mattresses a bit worn and unsupportive, especially the pull-out sofa bed but that was the only reason to deduct one star. Very pleased to find this great pet-friendly hotel in a busy city on our long journey."

Kitchenette was super and clean and had most of the utensils needed to cook your own meals. The only issue was that the housekeeping staff kept forgetting to leave me coffee for my morning coffee. Not a big deal, they always had some at the front desk."
