"This is a fine place to stay.  The facilities are clean and in good condition.  The staff is friendly and helpful.  However, there are a few odd things.The beds are too high (the man checking in ahead of me asked for the step that was provided during his last visit so that his wife could get onto the bed) while the toilet seating is low.  The breakfast room is very nice with high ceilings, lots of light and a variety of seating options.  However the "hot" breakfast items (eggs, sausage,...

"I stayed there over Christmas to be close to my family. The staff were welcoming and efficient. When I asked for decaf coffee in the room, staff provided coffee packets for the room coffeemaker. The room was well appointed and clean, with two easily accessible power bar outlets for chargers and electrical appliances. Bed and pillows were very comfortable but the duvet kept slipping around in the duvet cover, so it required frequent adjustments. The room could have used an upgrade on the towels;...
