"Facilities are a little run-down: chipped paint, closet door hinges that are about to fail, sink stopper that doesn't close, bathroom overhead light/exhaust fan that doesn't work. Staff was pleasant and location is good."

"The hotel was nice, especially if you’re looking for something close to the LGA airport with a free shuttle. It’s not close to the city though. The room was nice & it appeared to be clean. However, there was a tag left in the bed from someone else’s plane ticket,which made me think they didn’t clean the room properly. Also, the A/C never cooled down the room. Hotel staff did supply us with a fan though. "

"The staff was talking Loud when they came in the morning idk if the Linen closet was by my room but they were really Loud while grabbing supplies they need to be aware that it’s early & people are sleeping. "
