"Check in great. Food and drink great. But the Pillows were way too soft and no option for more firm pillows. Neither of us got any sleep as it was way too hot in the room. "

Both rooms were clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing that i could identify in both rooms as being a bit tired was the wooden bath sides both if which were blown and could have done with being replaced. "We stayed for a couple of nights over the Christmas period to visit family. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room gave us everything we needed and I even managed to fit in a swim in the small pool. The bathroom was a bit tatty round the edges from water damage. The bar would benefit from some background music to give it more atmosphere. We would likely stay again."

"The room I was in had an unusual smell. This is not normal for this hotel. I was too tired by the time I checked in for 1 night to complain. Hotel is usually fine, clean and well serviced."
