"I had a wonderful stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to town with the added bonus of free parking. It's an ideal spot for a budget-friendly night out, allowing you to enjoy yourself without worrying about getting home. Although the bathroom is shared, it was exceptionally clean, which was a pleasant surprise. This minor detail is the only reason for the 4-star rating. I will definitely be returning in the future!"

"Easy walk to both the bus and Tube. Very comfortable for two people. Had a short stay so we didn't use the kitchen, but it was very clean and had everything one would need. Easy check in and out, and the host was very friendly and responsive. No complaints, would stay again."

"Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

"Sandra and Jamshed were there to welcome us despite our late and stormy arrival. They opened their hearts before their home. The location is excellent in a lively street and close to the underground metro station and bus stops. The apartment was explained in detail, but what really attracted us were the many details that drown you when you look at them. "It was really nice for all of us to have our own bedroom / toilet. Transit station wasn't too far away. Nice neighborhood. Shared living space was snug but nice."

"Stunning? Stunning what a poor quality place this is. No communication from host. Had to chase to get entry details. Filthy. Hairs on bathroom towel - possibly pubic. Bed not made up. Stains on walls. Bad odour in fridge. Dirty bath mats. Rubbish dumped on street outside, old mattresses, hoover, overflowing bins. Shocking that Expedia advertise this place. "Lovely property near to many local amenities, better suited to a family with children rather than 6 full size adults, not because it’s small but just the logistics of seating/lounging/eating. Great garden and outdoor space, loads of hot water for everyone! "

"Booked to stay for concert at Wembley on arrival we found cockroach infestation, someone else’s food in fridge/freezer, damp, mould, unsafe electrical socket, hole in floor covered by loose carpet, stained walls and a general feeling of uncleanliness. Described as having free parking, luckily we decided to use train instead as wouldn’t have been able to park, the rear garden was unkept. "Worked excellently for our large family with plenty of bed space and a lovely large garden. Hosts were very hospitable and very good communicators. Beautiful neighborhood just off the main road and very near to supermarkets and train station. Would gladly stay again."

"The property was clean and as described. Our biggest complaints were 1. The neighborhood did not seem super safe 2. We had a VERY hard time fitting our rental car in the driveway and 3. The pillows were lumpy. Joyce was very responsive when we couldn't figure out how to use things correctly. "
