"El hotel esta ubicado en zona céntrica. Todo el personal del área de recepción siempre está muy atento, son amables y serviciales. Solo tengo algo que señalar, al momento de realizar el check in te facilitan un número teléfonico para poder comunicarte al área de recepción por medio de WhatsApp. En dos ocasiones escribí para asistencia y no respondieron. "It was better than expected! The room was more like a studio apartment with a separate bedroom and living area, whic consisted of a couch, sink, 2 burner stove, oven, microwave, small refrigerator, and dishes silverware and pots and pans. We had a corner room on the 22nd floor with a spectacular view of the city. Breakfast was quite adequate, cosisting of cereal, fruit, yogurt, various cheeses and coldcuts, scrambled eggs, and bread and rolls with a toaster. The only real complaint we had...

"We have stayed there several times. It has gone down. The elevators are tiny. One didn’t work all weekend. For a 9 story building that was a mess. For two days no Hot water! In the winter that is critical. The sofa was a wreck! The floors damaged. The outlet by the bed was dead! One tiny waste can in the entire apartment by the toilet. The desk staff were very nice but things were beyond their control ! "
