"Everything was perfect especially the crews. They were always ready to offer their help. The breakfast was a set instead of a buffet but the variety was wide enough and it covered almost everything. No complaints. The only thing they can improve was the differences between the breakfast on the 1st and 2nd day. The breakfast was a bit cold on the 2nd day. Also, we were brought to another room for breakfast because the main room was full and the room was a bit stuffy. The staff seemed not too...

A bit further than other options but the price and Onsen were well worth it. It is a very quiet, clean, and relaxing hotel. Thanks for having us. "

The property was nicely maintained, all public areas new and clean, and the public bath amazing! We slept soundly in comfortable beds and enjoyed a spacious and clean bathroom. 10/10!"

You can make a reservation in advance to arrange pick-up times, and when leaving, they can also drop you off at the bus station or anywhere you like in town. Overall, the experience was excellent."

"A really pleasant hotel close to lake Toya. The traditional Japanese room was excellent to experience and the onsen with its both indoor and outdoor baths were phenomenal. There were other amenities such as free bike rentals to take advantage of. The breakfast buffet offered here was superb and there were a few options for restaurants in the area to walk to in the evenings."
