"Hotel was very clean. Had a ski in ski out location. Easy transport to the airport with a shuttle to Grand Hirafu Welcome Center. Property is really modern and clean. Love love love their onsen. I stayed at Park Hyatt next door too, and their onsen at Nikko Style was on par."

"This was a gorgeous place to be in the middle of Winter. The hotel is amazing and the surrounding nature and lake are breathtaking. Ee had a few things planned for the visit, but preferred just to stay in the hotel/resort"

"Muwa is by far the hotel with the best service in Niseko area. People are kind and with an excellent training. The rooms are very beautiful and clean. The ski changing rooms are very practical. My favorite ski hotel "

"This is a beautiful property with lake Toya on one side and Yoteii mountain on the other. The rooms are the largest we have seen in Japan with a beautiful sitting area and large bathroom with a huge tub both overlooking Lake Toya! This made for excellent firework viewing from the room for the local festival. They also had a nice common area in the hotel with some tables, coffee, tea and hot water to use. "Staff was really helpful to check and advise on JR train information even it is not their responsibilities. The hot spring was very well maintain and comfortable to use. Dinner and breakfast buffet variety is very good. The lake view is perfect also !! "

"We had a great time at this hotel. It’s perfect for family ski trip. The lift was a few steps away and rental facilities were inside the hotel. The views were spectacular and the staff so accommodating and friendly. The restaurant food was really good, and we loved their breakfast buffet. It snowed the whole time we were there so it felt like you were inside a snow globe! "
