"We stayed here for two nights as part of a longer trip. the hotel is very close to the station and many good attractions. Breakfast was ok but limited. The bar is a very basic lobby type that closes early. No restaurant onsight for dinner but the reception staff were great at finding suggestions. I would stay here again. "

"The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are clean, fresh, well appointed and really nice. THE PROBLEM IS THE WI-FI IS SHOCKING AND USELESS. There is the general Mercure connection or a connection in your room. The signal is good .... the bad point is using a VPN it drips every 1 minute. This is really no good when travelling on business and I need VPN to connect to my companies mail system. I complained every time but nothing is done. Breakfast is mainly Chinese with western option being toast, cereal and self serve coffee. Location is about a 10 minute walk from Lake Tai Hu, although that certain part is a so called Park and there is an entrance fee (I think around 20 kuai) Lots...
