"I had a room that was not remodeled yet. It was very clean, cleaning service came every day except Sunday. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful. The hotel is close to Cita Shopping Center and about ten minutes from the beach. The pool area and bar were very nice. Just wish the bar was open, there also is a stage but no entertainment. "

"My room 1272 was a good size for solo use, it was a bit of a walk from reception but there’s clear steps/walkways. Some aspects a bit dated. Could not use balcony due to sharp palm tree leaves taking up 1/2 the space. Walk to the beach/shops was ok, around 15 minutes safe and quiet area. The walk back from the beach does have a small incline but most people with moderate fitness will cope. Would not have paid the full price but it was fairly priced for the ‘offer price’."

"Really nice hotel with very friendly helpful staff. The pool area is great and the bar staff especially Rita are very good. The only niggle if I have one is that 8.30am is a really late breakfast start so I didn't use it at all and the food in the pool area during the day are very unhealthy and the salad was awful with zero dressing and over cooked eggs but everything else was excellent. I had a great stay there and would go again."
