"The vibe of the place is all beautiful and bright and airy. The views from the balcony are beautiful of Florence and the vibe on the little alley on the side with the cafes and bars was lovely. The room is airy and not super congested like other European rooms I stayed in. Bathroom is not bad just a tight shower. "A good hotel overall that's near the station and is a bit of a walk from the Duomo and attractions. Breakfast was included and there were many options, and front desk staff were friendly and approachable."

"Overall, this is the best hotel we stayed in Italy. Their breakfast was best part of the stay, the staffs were nice and helpful. The rooms were clean, but the furnitures were kind of old. The only part that should avoid was don’t choose the room face to the plaza. There is a bar which has extremely loud live music till 1am, if you would like to sleep early, that would be a nightmare. But we changed to another room later, problem solved. "
