Therefore, it seemed as if some of the furnishings (covers and cushions for the loungers) were not provided. Not a problem for us though. "I paid for a beach view for my nieces to stay at Pearl Beach resort. On arrival they were placed on a room far away from the beach. After they informed the resort that wasn't the room i booked, they were moved to a suitable room. The resort had no electricity on their arrival which cost their router to be down, however this was resolved in few hours later. Staff were helpful and apologetic of the situation. All in all they had pleasant stay and they informed me that the resort was a paradise...

The appliances in the kitchen are faulty and electrocutes when plugged in. Raised the issues but not addressed. The tv remote did not have batteries on checking in and it took more than 24 hours to get it working.
