"I paid for a beach view for my nieces to stay at Pearl Beach resort. On arrival they were placed on a room far away from the beach. After they informed the resort that wasn't the room i booked, they were moved to a suitable room. The resort had no electricity on their arrival which cost their router to be down, however this was resolved in few hours later. Staff were helpful and apologetic of the situation.
