"Perfect place to spend the night if you are flying to/from the Guarulhos Airport. Convenient complimentary shuttle to and from the airport, courteous and helpful drivers. The hotel staff is very friendly, breakfast was very good (they start serving it at 4:30 AM!) and the room was very clean. I would certainly stay there again. "

"This is a good option to stay around Guarulhos airport. If you are lucky your room will be in the new wing of the hotel, where it's not noisy. Since they deal with a lot of disgruntled guests whose flights were cancelled and were given vouchers for the hotel stay, staff are professional but not overly friendly. Our pet accompanied us and it was a fee of 90 reais (about US$13). Good breakfast from 5am onwards. Book your bus ride to airport once you check in. I would consider staying there again. "

"Our stay were okay with some headaches . We need to ask for towels and toilet paper s all the time. No cleaning at all. We asked for cleaning and it never came even paying for it. Everything else needed to pay for it. "

"So I gave a 5 star on my first stay this time is a 4 because the front desk staff did not give us the room we originally reserved stating that because I was with my friend we could sleep together, when we payed for a two twin bedroom, and when it was time to leave he asked us if we paid for the hotel which was very rude to me because why would any hotel let anyone stay for two nights and not pay for it , Other than that this is a very good hotel great breakfast and close to everything, "

"The hotel is in a good location. The room was tiny, with the sink in the main room rather than the bathroom. The food at breakfast was pretty mediocre compared to the food at all the other hotels we'd stayed at."

"The shower was very good .but was put by the elevator and it made alot of noise when it would operate and was here on a friday night so music from the night ciub would echo on the buidings. The breakfast was exxelent as well"

"They didn’t let us check in early after I explained to him I paid for 2 nights but leaving one day earlier due to my 7pm flight , so we left our bags at the front desk for a fee. When it was time to the check in at 2pm, the line was out the door and it took them forever to check people in. No other hotel during our trip had this long of a check in . Horrible. "I stayed at this property on a recommendation of my friend who stayed here before. I stayed 10 nights here. I found the property really clean. The refilled the snacks and drinks daily. Staffs were and humble. Although English wasn’t fluent, we communicated none the less. I only had a chance to eat the breakfast on my last day of my stay because of my schedule, but it was pretty good. Staffs were available 24/7. They were accommodating.
