This was very clean and very safe! The staff was nice! It is located outside of the main downtown so takes a bit to get anywhere but as a single women I felt very safe with was a main priority for me :)

Não é o que você espera
O hotel é mediano, o que é um pouco frustrante pra quem espera algo com assinatura do Meliá. O staff é super atencioso, mas a estrutura é antiga e pouco confortável. Isolamento acústico entre os quartos não existe. O ar-condicionado do quarto só funcionava duas opções: ligado e desligado. Elevadores bastante lentos, o que pode atrapalhar quem fica em andares altos. Quanto à localização, fica próximo a mercados, shoppings e possui uma grande variedade de restaurantes em volta. A experiência com o restaurante do hotel foi triste, com um hambúrguer bem mais ou menos e café da manhã com pouca variedade.

Hotel tem tudo para ser bom, mas não é
O hotel possui boa localização, excelente café da manhã. A estrutura é boa, a limpeza é boa, serviço de quarto e restaurantes bons. Atendimento do restaurante é ok. E fica por aí. Os atendentes da recepção são pouco cordiais, o serviço de manobrista é péssimo, lento, com alguns atendentes bem sem educação. O quarto tem poucas tomadas próximas da cama, além de TODAS serem 220V e a grande maioria ter mau contato. As toalhas tem cheiro de mofo. Já me hospedei em outros Melias e não tive problema, muito pelo contrário. Me hospedei nesse pois tinha um compromisso que ficava próximo, mas com TODA CERTEZA NÃO volto nunca mais! Péssima experiência.
