Had a deluxe room, it was big but pretty standard in terms of decor Negatives: helipad on top on the small swimming pool terrace, lots of aircraft noise,clunky AC system going off and on every 5 mins and making a noise when it does"

"Nice and clean hotel in a very good neighborhood. Spacious rooms, good breakfast. Alphaville is a nice, clean and safe town. My only challenge was getting timely response to questions before arrival. Check-in ends at midnight but my flight arrives in the morning. I just could not get them hold my room so that I can check-in the morning. Other than that it is a great hotel, friendly staff. Overall, I would recommend. "

"It’s a good hotel for the price being paid; I have no complaints and would definitely return. However, one area for improvement could be the TV programming. There’s a lot of evangelical content that makes me feel like I’m in a church rather than a hotel. The TV lacks Netflix and YouTube, which are more engaging options. Perhaps this could be improved."

"O quarto era muito pequeno, o banheiro tinha um cheiro muito forte. As pessoas da recepção muito simpáticas, porém o sistema lento demais e pouco funcionários para atender, a fila para fazer check inn sempre muito longa e no máximo 2 pessoas atendendo. A localização era muito boa, e o acesso para ir ao shopping foi maravilhoso. "
