"This property was great if you wanted to be close to San Jose. But if you’re looking to explore, I recommend you leave this location for your last days because there’s not many activities close by other than the city. The hotel has a bunch of cats and a dog called Luna. The pool is not in nice condition as is rusty but the VIEW is amazing from the pool and the balcony if you get one. "I like this hotel. However it’s hit and miss on the rooms. They have air conditioning units. My first stay was heaven and the ac blew very cold. The 2nd trip the ac would cut off every few minutes and it never really cooled the room. I would never stay in room 414 again. I will say the free breakfast is excellent and delicious. Any price for this hotel under $100 is a steal in my opinion ( as long as you demand an air unit that actually works) "

"The staff were great friends and cordial, room clean and like that they clean every day, but they charge extra for A/C. The breakfast was ok, but they should change it every day, tired of rice/beans every morning."
