"Hands down the best place we could have landed after stressful theft which required us to be at the U.S. Embassy at 7am. Jorge at the front desk was our savior, a calm presence who helped print all our paperwork and just be a kind heart in the face of difficult circumstances. This is a budget hotel so certainly not luxe but everything was fine. Bed comfortable enough, good a/c, coffee in room and full breakfast included, free secure parking. I read some reviews on this hotel that complained about dingy/shredding towels; no window, etc. We had a room with a window opening to the hallway and hallway magically turned into a courtyard with daylight and delightful sounds of birds. Our towels were not the whitest or newest, but we weren’t looking for pristine towels. But I’ll tell you the staff was friendly, helpful, attentive; the food in their restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced. Our room was large...
