"The Front Decks staff was wonderful. They really made the stay easier, because they could handle any issue with ease. There was not many issue, other than the staff helping us navigate the city. The advised us on events, local cultural sites, and even how to use the train. The cleaning staff was great, but we did not interact with them as much. The breakfast wait staff was very professional and always had a smile. We had dinner twice at the hotel, the food was excellent, thanks Chefs.
