"Staff were efficient and friendly, first room we were in had worn dirty carpet, toilet wasn't working and wouldn't flush, we were moved with no problems straight away, second room was for someone disabled but was much cleaner, beds moved and were not very comfortable due to this, room was roasting even with windows open, however they provide a fan which helped."

"Good fast check in, with a smile. Breakfast bacon etc was cold. Mentioned it they took it away re heated it and put the same back out. Coffee is 0-10 , tasted like the river water. Clean restaurant, good staff. Good location, a lot of uber eats places etc local. Overall a decent stay would come back"

"Polite and helpful reception staff. Comfortable room which was clean. Bed very comfortable. Reasonable selection from the menu for an evening meal and the food is prepared well. Breakfast caters for all needs from full English through to continental and vegetarian with a good selection of fruit."

"Pros: Modern and stylish, not expensive, spotlessly clean, dog friendly, staff were the friendliest we have come across on our travels and were great with our dog, you can take your dog in part of the restaurant, food was nice and not overpriced, plenty of space to take the dog for a walk, quiet area. The whole hotel was very clean. It looked lovely decorated for Christmas at the time. Cons: I genuinely can't think of any. We loved it here. "
