"we have stayed here regularly but seems to be under new management-didnt expect breakfast to be an extra and room was clean but a bit dingy -headboard had a tear and paint work needed re doing in some areas-plus they did not have all the decorations they used to have which made the place standout-also after we checked in, on late night return to our room car park was full so had to park in residential road nearby-so will probably lookelsewhere now for our repeat visits to family"

"This was a great value stay in the vicinity of Drayton Manor. The staff were attentive and helpful and the hotel is attached to the services. The reception is not manned in a morning but it didn't really cause any issues other than trying to buy some breakfast vouchers. However we did manage to get some via help from a member of the team."
