"It used to be a very nice hotel, now it is a bit old and needs renovating. Still clean with nice and polite staff. I would not make it a special destination, but it was a good and affordable place to stay for a short business trip."

"The location is great. It is located in old town Quebec city, just accross Hotel Fairmot. Also a 3 min walk to the funicular, dufferin terrace, quartier petit champlain. The 2 queen bedroom is big with courtyard view. windows cannot be opened but it’s ok coz they have aircon. Only downside is the water in the shower, temperature becomes too hot then cold. Just for info their front desk is not 24 hours so if you are arriving late, you need to call ahead so they will give you instruction on how...

"We booked 3 rooms for the weekend, one room's washroom tub was slippery, one room has a broken couch, it was a bit unsafe as we have kids in this trip. The afternoon to evening counter help is nice though. Location is great pretty close to where we want to go so overalln not the greatest but it was good."
