Lots of variety, the sushi was not good and their take on Western food isn't great but the Japanese food is awesome. 2 different Onsen areas that alternate gender daily so you can try both. The hotel is old, let's just prepare you for this, really old. It could do with a massive makeover but I doubt it will happen as they are very busy due to the amazing location. If you are...

"Hotel Kuki had the nicest staff of any place I have ever stayed!!! The room was always clean! The elevator was fast and it was a convenient location in Kuki city Saitama!!! Would definitely stay there again! "

"I know it is a cheap hotel, but I found the lack of hospitality very disappointing nonetheless. When arriving I was directed to a self-service machine - "next customer, please use the machine on the left" - and that was it. No welcome, no general info, nothing. Everything else was what you'd expect from a cheap business hotel. It works fine for the one night, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you have no other options (and there are several hotels in the area)."
