"The hotel is good overall for the location and staff and room. The facility is little bit old. The only issue is the shuttle service. Hotel never mentioned the shuttle service is available for picking up so we went to hotel by self. When leaving, hotel arranged shuttle service to train station and claimed hotel will pay but the driver asked us to pay since hotel didn’t give him ticket. That is terrible arrangement."

Price was on the low end for Zermatt so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I would stay here again and would recommend it to a single or couple travelling for a ski vacation."

"Very quaint property with helpful staff. We called from train station and they coordinated a e taxi for us. The room had scenic views and was perfect for our family."

"This property is perfectly placed for skiers… beside a ski rental shop and bus stop. The apartment met our needs with a fridge/microwave/cook top plus a balcony. We had twin beds with puffy pillows and duvets. Staff were helpful and kind. Check in is at a different location (Alpen Spa resort), staff there were pleasant and kind, provided us with a glass of Preseco on arrival. The Spa at this resort is phenomenal… well worth 20 Swiss Francs for a day pass. "
