Room was run down, headboard covering peeling off, only one pillow per person, only one toilet roll provided, electric sockets were coming away from the wall so weren’t usable. No housekeeping. Quite a loud area so could hear noisy people outside as needed the windows open due to the heat and no air con or fans provided (whereas a fan was provided in our precious hotel room a couple of hours away). "

"The room was very basic. We booked a 4 bed room (because that’s all was available) but when we checked in it was a small 2 bed room. No amenities in the room such as tea/coffee. Quite expensive for the facilities."

Odd electrical outlets requiring a specific plug. Yes, it’s the 240 European outlet, but the round plug doesn’t fit. It must be the slim two prong plug. Hotel shares parking lot with gas station and car dealership but didn’t have a problem parking. What the hotel lacked the scenery made up for. "

When I attempted to communicate with the hotel both through Orbitz and directly to see if I could get a refund, partial, refund, or postpone my reservation until next year, my queries were met with silence. Clearly not a guest-customer oriented establishment. The kept the deposit and didn't say a word. Very poor customer relations."
